Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern purchases from Pet Shop Club (operated from Helsinki, Finland). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell custom-printed t-shirts. Each product is made to order with your chosen design text. Products are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

3. Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a receipt via email. Production begins immediately after payment — orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available in your region.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.

7. Returns & Refunds

As each product is custom-made to your specification, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16c). See our Returns Policy for details on defective items.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by the fulfillment partner, shipping carrier, or customs. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
