Custom Products

All our t-shirts are custom-made to order with your chosen design. Under EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16(c), custom or personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This means returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product (misprinted, damaged, or wrong item), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
